 Terms and Conditions of Bookings  

  

All bookings are subject to The Dream Spa’s full Terms & Conditions, which are available on request. 

Please note our spa facilities are for over 18’s only , proof of ID may be required. 


Please ensure you read the Pre-Arrival Information in preparation for your visit to The Dream Spa. The Spa team will attempt to contact you the day before your arrival to go through the booking and provide you with any relevant information, if they can not make contact a message will be left for you.  

  

Note. We reserve the right to discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards and quality are met.  

  

Arrivals 

Guests are advised to arrive 15 minutes before the treatments or spa day commences to complete a consultation form prior to treatments or entry to the spa. If clients are late for their appointment the time will be deducted from the length of the scheduled treatment. 

Treatment times are confirmed only on the day of arrival. Once a client has checked into Dream Spa. Please be aware that it is not always possible to schedule treatment times at the same time as other members of your party and we try to accommodate guest requests for specific treatment times, these cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change. 

  

Cancellation Policy 

Full payment is taken at the time of booking to secure the reservation / treatments and is non-refundable. 

Dream Spa Overnight Break or Day Spa  

Should you require to cancel / amend a Dream Spa package booking 3 weeks prior to arrival we offer one complimentary date change, please note, this option is only honoured once, should you require any further date
changes a £25 per person date change fee is applicable. 

Should you require to cancel / amend a Dream Spa package booking between 21 days and 7 days prior to the arrival date a £25 per person per date change fee is applicable. Please note, this option is only honoured once. 

Should you require to cancel / amend a Dream Spa package booking within 7 days of the arrival date no date changes applicable, if any guests are unable to attend the date booked the full amount of the booking is
charged / no date changes are applicable. 

Please note, a name change amendment is applicable at any time prior to arrival. 


If your package includes food, we must be informed at least 48 hours prior to your visit of any Dietary Requirements or allergies. If you fail to give us this information, we may not be able to cater to your requirements.  


Valuables 

WE URGE YOU NOT TO WEAR YOUR JEWELLERY/WATCHES IN THE SPA FACILITIES- THE CHLORINE MAY CAUSE DISCOLOURATION - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED  

No responsibility can be accepted by the Company for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the spa. If you do bring valuable items, it is essential they are covered by your own insurance for the period of your stay. The Company will not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury, or consequential loss, however caused, to our guests. we encourage a “no phone zone” and ask that they be left in your lockers.  

  

Payments and vouchers 

If you are paying with 3rd party vouchers or Dream Spa gift vouchers these MUST be brought with you and  resented at the payment stage. You will be charged for the full cost of the bill if you fail to present these at
the time of payment.
